Description:
TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Insurance Training Specialist within the Insurance department at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, or a related field (advantageous)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations
- Proven experience developing training programs and materials
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Insurance certifications (e.g., CPCU, AIC) (advantageous)

Responsibilities:
- Develop training programs for insurance professionals to enhance their understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations
- Deliver training sessions through various methods including in-person workshops, virtual training sessions, and self-paced e-learning modules
- Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, performance metrics, and other evaluation tools
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up to date
- Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure training materials reflect current best practices
- Provide individual coaching and support to insurance professionals as needed
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary training to succeed in their roles
- Coordinate with other training professionals within the organization to ensure consistency in training approach and materials
