Responsibilities:
The Intake Data Analyst reports to the Intake Data Manager. We anticipate this can be a hybrid role with the ‘home’ office being based in Leeds. Primary responsibilities include:
- Managing and administrating the updating of data for client records to ensure that the correct information is recorded on each file
- Analysing large sets of data to ensure they meet internal guidelines
- Ongoing review of newly created files to ensure the correct client group information is recorded in line with internal process
- Liaison with client service professionals and lawyers to confirm the correct data inputs on existing client files
- Updating backlogged data within current systems to prepare for future migration
- Review and administration of new and existing client files to ensure the correct fee and disbursement rate sets have been attached where applicable
- A variety of other Data Rule Project work within the business’ wider Client Engagement Lifecycle project
