Our Centennial office is up and running! At Lisinski Law Firm, we fight to legalize the immigration status of people across the country by bringing a unique and compassionate approach to the law. We are looking for client-focused individuals to join our team and help us continue to deliver the highest quality service to our clients. Initially the position will be remote, but once the office officially opens it WILL be onsite full time. Come grow with us!

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Learn the case type services offered at the firm through our Attorney lead comprehensive training program
  • Conduct one-hour interviews with potential clients to determine if they meet the case type requirements set by our Legal team.
  • Lead Interviews with approved sales scripts and empathy to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Confidently help clients with side-by-side assistance from office Intake Managers to improve client experience.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of partnering with our firm and the payment options available to them
  • Convert potential leads into admitted clients based on benefits and values of each case type.
  • Schedule and regularly follow up with all leads that have potential case types to remind them of the value of our services.
  • Stay on top of weekly Legal training with firm Attorneys

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • World class customer service skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Experience in sales or metrics-based environment a plus

This position is full-time, with a thorough training period.
Salary: $22 - $23 / hour plus performance bonus
