Monday to Friday. Saturday 1 in 12 weeks (8-12 remote). Oncall optional
We are looking for ONE Band 8A Integrated Clinical Lead Pharmacists . The post-holder will be based 3 days a week in Houghton Regis supporting the Home treatment team.
For the remaining days, the successful candidates will be expected to support Inpatient Mental Health Clinical services, working closely with Inpatient Clinical Lead Pharmacist/Lead Pharmacist to develop clinical pharmacy services within Bedford and Luton Inpatient services.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in Psychiatric therapeutics and will be able to work confidently as an individual and as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team to drive forward service improvement and improve patient outcomes

  • The post holder will have the opportunity to train or practice as a non-medical prescriber or undertake the Advanced Clinica l Practioner (ACP) course*

We are seeking a Specialist Mental Health Pharmacist to join our dynamic Bedford and Luton mental health team as the Integrated Clinical Lead. In this role you will provide clinical pharmacy and medicines management services to mental health services across the Home treatment teams and Inpatient wards. You will also be responsible for managing and supporting a junior pharmacy team in collaboration with the Lead Pharmacist.
