Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
As an Integrated Marketing Account Consultant, you’ll have an opportunity to develop marketing and communications campaigns that will target audiences and promote growth opportunities across our distribution and product teams. You will work independently, initiate and/or lead marketing programs, initiatives, promotions, or research projects while partnering with management in developing new products and in implementing new marketing approaches. Projects in this role rate from moderate to complex projects. You will take initiative in communicating programs and resources while obtaining feedback from home office and field partners. In this role, you will also be responsible for building a strong connection with marketing and brand colleagues across distribution, creative, product, insights, analytics, and media to drive growth.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years marketing experience developing marketing campaigns for brands at an advertising or media agency
- 2+ years of expereince in an account management or client-facing project management role
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding of audience-focused communications and customer journey mapping with an ability to clearly articulate insights through actively interacting with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and determine experience, content, and marketing communications initiatives
- 5+ yrs experience working with creative teams, building creative briefs and managing a creative process from concepting through production and launch
- Proven ability to think strategically while balancing execution-oriented, proactive, creative and innovative thinking
- Ability to work well cross functionally to build alignment and reach objectives
- Strong interpersonal capabilities including abilities to develop strong trust-based relationships, manage effectively and build and motivate high-performing teams
- Experience working in a complex business environment
- Financial Services industry experience
- An appreciation for the measurement aspect of growth-driven brands and marketing teams
