WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Marketing Experience: 1-2 years in marketing, preferably in the consumer, lifestyle, or retail industries.
- Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative Spirit: A team player with a positive attitude, eager to contribute to a cohesive team environment.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong skills in organization, communication, and interpersonal interactions.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing relationships with various stakeholders and communicating effectively across different levels.
- Resilience and Drive: A proactive, persuasive, and determined approach to overcoming challenges.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional European language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development and Activation: Support the EMEA integrated marketing team with the implementation of regional content, managing the lifecycle of campaigns using Workfront to ensure timely and successful execution.
- Retail Marketing for EMEA: Coordinate the production of promotional materials and digital assets for stores and outlet centers, and communicate effectively with retail partners to meet marketing needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive consumer engagement and ensure a seamless integration across wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and advertising channels.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), using data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and propose strategies for continuous improvement.
- Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the global and regional teams to align marketing activities with the broader business objectives and brand identity.
