Job Description
We are recruiting for a critical role working on a range of areas to optimise what we do now and find new ways to deliver improvement for the future. With expertise in core Supply Chain functions, this role is looking for someone with a proven track record in Inventory Management, Forecasting and Stock flow Optimisation, to drive change through innovation and sound commercial acumen, future proofing our Supply Chain for years to come.
We are looking for a high performing Supply Chain Specialist to join our Integrated Supply Chain Chapter (team), you’ll work with a passionate and experienced team to provide best-in-class support for our dynamic and complex retail and online matrix. Using your expertise and critical thinking skills, you will sit within cross-functional teams working collaboratively and independently to deliver key improvements that fast-track short term delivery and long-term sustainable growth.
You will be responsible for providing insights through using critical thinking, data analysis and develop insights to optimise Stock Flow across the Supply Chain. Your day could include working with our Trading, Planning, or Logistics teams, driving process improvements of key facets of supply chain activities throughout the end-to-end Stock Flow process.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference by using the skills that you have, to provide business improvements and ensure we reliably and sustainably get products from our suppliers through our supply chain to our customers in-store or at home, both now and in the future. You will work on optimising this process to enhance the customer experience and deliver value for the business.
Qualifications
With an analytical mind, you are passionate about diving into process and uncovering insights and improvements through experience and sound analysis, understanding pain points, and contributing towards building solutions. We will rely on your ability to leverage data from multiple sources to uncover the full picture and make recommendations for improvement. Our structure and ways of working will see you extensively work cross-functionally hence your collaboration skills will be top-notch, coupled with the customer-centric lens and approach you bring to work every day.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of Supply Chain experience
  • Strong capabilities in Inventory Management, Forecasting, Stock flow and Fulfilment Optimisation
  • Expert analytical and Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Business process improvement
  • Highly resilient and adaptable working in our fast-paced dynamic environment

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a large retail business.
  • Change management experience
  • Industry knowledge across multiple areas of Supply Chain operations
