Description:

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Coordination and/or support for projects of quality systems integration into Group IT platforms.
  • Administration of quality modules on Group IT platforms (e.g., CIS, QI, etc.).
  • Refinement, development and maintenance of Combustible quality systems.
  • Authoring and updating of quality related documents as of manuals, standards, SOPs, checking plans etc.
  • Implementation and support of application of quality and SPC tools in production processes.
  • Development and reporting on KPIs to monitor performance and/or correctness of processes and products from a quality perspective.
  • Planning of non-standard quality research and advanced analysis of quality data.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Very good knowledge and theory of probability and statistics and combinatorics, with proven track record of utilising appropriate testing methods.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel enabling processing of complex data.
  • Knowledge of data processing techniques.
  • Quality Management and Production System knowledge (techniques, tools, process, and product quality control)
  • Good analytical skills with statistical background and ability to practically interpret information and apply findings.
  • Good communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English

Responsibilities:

Imperial Brands, an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees is looking for an Integration Coordinator. As Integration Coordinator, the successful candidate will coordinate and support quality systems integration projects on the Group IT platforms (e.g., PLM), Administrate and maintain the quality systems modules on Group IT platforms. Additionally, you will develop quality systems for all combustible products by implementation and maintenance of quality and SPC (Statistical Process Control) tools. Create and update quality system documentation and support Central Functions on creation and development of NGP related quality systems.
Location - Tarnowo Podgórne/Warsaw.
