WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a degree in Information Systems or a related field.
  • Solid technical knowledge and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience with web services Restful and SOAP and associated formats(XML, JSON, YAML);
  • Familiarity with the tooling: Grafana, Coralogix, Gitlab, Jira, SOAP UI, Postman (or similar);
  • User of non relational and relational databases (i.e., Mongo, PostgreSQL);
  • Knowledgeable in IT service management frameworks (i.e. ITIL);
  • Experience with K8s and Linux is a plus;
  • Passionate for technology and the drive to learn new technologies and integration frameworks:
  • Previous experience with software integration processes is a plus;
  • At ease with written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As part of the Farfetch Integrations Team you will be accountable for providing technical support on Integrations applications and Platform APIs. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action. Furthermore, you will contribute to define and implement a sustainable strategy for integrations within the Farfetch Consumer Product Platform.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be responsible for support and maintenance activities related to all integration projects;
  • Work closely with integration engineers and analysts to detect and address technical difficulties;
  • Review and accept new applications and updates based on acceptance criteria from the project and product teams;
  • Assist Farfetch partners in building integrations with Farfetch APIs and Standard Solutions;
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new partners, set up test environments, configure the integration apps and automate the processes;
  • Collaborate with analysis and development teams to improve our integration framework, methods, and documentation;
  • Help establish best practices and determine the vision for the Farfetch Integrations group.
