Description:
At Famly, we are firmly committed to expanding our presence in the German market. We seek an integrations specialist or solutions architect to help build integrations to various German systems. We find that many of the integrations we need to develop only have documentation available in German, and most coordination meetings are also held in German.
Because of this, we are looking for a German-speaking engineer who will participate in scoping, researching, planning, and building integrations between our platform and a range of German systems, such as Datev, Destatis or ISBJ.
We expect that you are senior enough to drive the requirement phase with our larger customers and our partners whose systems we want to integrate with. This also means participating as a technical sales engineer during calls with prospective enterprise customers.
You will be working on one of our platform teams, and will also contribute to other areas, such as developer tooling, security features, and platform infrastructure. Still, you will be dedicated to building integrations and are expected to have strong experience building APIs and integrations with external systems. You will also be participating in the development as an engineer, and a lot of hands-on work will be required.
The position is preferably in Berlin, where we have a satelite office, or at our Copenhagen HQ, but if you have strong experience working fully remotely, we are also open for remote positions.
And Famly are…? Well it all began when our co-founder Henrik’s daughter was ready to start at daycare. He couldn’t believe the amount of work being done on paper - and how distant he felt from his first child during the day. The paper ‘parent’ books they exchanged once a month just weren’t cutting it. Together with his friend, our co-founder and CEO Anders, they set about solving that.
These days, the 140 of us building Famly talk about trying to do two things for our 6,500+ customers:
- Giving children the best possible start to life.
- Championing the vital work that goes into making that happen.
We do it with software that brings hundreds of thousands of parents closer to their child’s day while they’re away from them. We also make financial, pedagogical, and planning tools for more than 50,000 childcare professionals, saving them hours and reducing their admin stress.
Ultimately, that gives them more time and headspace for the little ones that really matter. Come help us make that happen.
THE INTERVIEW PROCESS LOOKS LIKE THIS:
- An intro video chat with our People Partner
- Logical test
- A short video interview with an Engineering Manager and/or our CTO
- A technical programming test with a follow-up meeting
- Potentially, an on-site interview in Copenhagen or Berlin
- Lastly, get an offer and join us
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Famly is committed to creating a more diverse, equal, and inclusive workforce, building teams that represent a variety of backgrounds, perspectives and experiences.
