We are seeking an Integrity Officer to provide expertise and advise for our Professional Standards Department. This is a part time (0.6 FTE), Permanent role based in Blackburn with WFH/Hybrid options available.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager Policy and Research, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Provide authoritative advice on ethics and integrity issues impacting AV workforce and operations
- Ensure AV organisational wide compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures and industry best practice relating to ethics and integrity at AV
- Benchmark Ambulance Victoria Integrity Framework to ensure AV implements leading practice ethical and integrity standards
- Monitor legislative requirements relating to ethical and integrity issues and undertake continuous improvement of policies, procedures and processes relating to ethics and integrity issues at AV
- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to managers to build their understanding of ethical and integrity obligations and principles
