SAIC is seeking a Technical Operations (TIO) Specialist, in Chantilly, VA to work closely with customer Program Managers and a small team of TIOs and engineers to accelerate the virtual mission. The successful candidate works with a sister organization with other team members comprised of world class Machine Learning Engineers, System Architects, Software Developers, and Multimedia Specialists to lead the customer in developing new technical solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Conduct Customer consultations for virtual operations
- Assist in operational planning and support
- Continue to develop and test current capabilities
- Research and develop unique capabilities for operations
- Attend commercial briefings to determine if solution could benefit Customer mission
- Write operational documentation
Qualifications
Required:
- Current TS/SCI with FSP
- Bachelors degree and (9) years or more of related experience. Masters and (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (4) years or more experience
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, adaptability skills in a candidate that is results oriented and resourceful
- Ability to breakdown and communicate complex technical and operational concepts to others in both written and oral formats
- Ability to establish and monitor various types of internet accounts
- Willingness to facilitate cross-training efforts and provide guidance on best practices to co-workers and Customers
- Capable of conducting Customer consultations and deliver briefings to all levels
- Willingness to spearhead research and development on unique new solutions to support operations
- Experience with Customer cable system
Desired:
- Knowledge of fraud detection on internet accounts
