REQUIREMENTS

• You will be an Intellectual Property Lawyer with at least seven years PQE + (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will be able to work without supervision
• You should have had some good business development experience

The firm is seeking to hire a Intellectual Property Partner to join their office in the heart of the West End of London.
You will work alongside the firm’s talented Corporate Commercial team. The firm currently has a corporate commercial team of seven. The Head of the Department currently does a large amount of IP work and due to an influx of new clients, they are looking to break IP / IT off as a separate department in its own right.
You will work with the Head of Corporate Commercials in order to grow the department.
You will deal with a broad IP caseload which includes; Advising on trademarks, design rights, patents, IP licensing, brand protection strategies and brand portfolio management.
