They have successfully delivered their cutting-edge software platform and training globally, catering to government organizations, including national intelligence agencies, tri-service military, local and federal law enforcement, as well as private sector entities, including Fortune 500 and ASX 200 companies.
They are seeking an Intelligence Advisor on the frontline as the in-house SaaS platform Subject Matter Expert (SME), and responsible for converting customer needs and intelligence requirements into tailored technical support and engagements to both support product sales and ensure ongoing customer success.
The preferred candidate will be an experienced intelligence analyst who is tech savvy, customercentric, and highly-motivated. The Intelligence Advisor will gain full training to gain a detailed knowledge of this world-leading software, training and added services.
Some of the key Responsibilities include;
- Supporting pre-sales enablement through SaaS demonstrations and tradecraft advice to ensure a solution first approach is presented to customers.
- Support ongoing customer success with specialist advice through direct engagement across private and public sector.
- Create and deliver customer solutions including tailored presentations, training, troubleshooting, and general account administration.
- Contribute to SaaS platform ideation, research, and development support.
The ideal candidate will come with the below experience and skill set;
- Experience working in an intelligence analyst or similar role is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering successful outcomes within an investigative, intelligence or similar operational environment (either Government or Private Sector).
- Familiarity with SaaS environment/intelligence software solutions.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Ability to work autonomously with limited oversight.
This is a fully remote position based on the East Coast of Australia, and you will begiven full training and ongoing support.
The role offers a base salary of between $100K - $120K + Super with a potential 20% bonus on top
