WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Zoom’s Global Intelligence team conducts open-source research to monitor and assess security threats, geopolitical events, and matters critical to the business. The Intelligence Analyst will provide timely, actionable analysis, and synthesize indicators and warnings. You will also engage in intelligence processes that drive operations and work collaboratively on high stakes matters. This role will cover issues including brand and reputational risks, market-specific business risks and opportunities, entity due diligence, and other issues as conditions warrant.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing intelligence support to high priority projects that have broad and visible impact across Zoom
  • Producing finished intelligence products-tactical, operational, and strategic-for Zoom leaders and decision makers
  • Providing warning on transnational and localized threats, global trends and events, high-risk areas with timely, accurate, and actionable reporting.
  • Advising management and stakeholders at all levels on intelligence-based risks and business opportunities
  • Contributing to the execution of refined intelligence and operational processes, including the development of Zoom stakeholder requirements
  • Meeting with cross-functional teams to enhance execution of strategies, and provide a comprehensive view of risks to Zoom
