We are seeking highly driven and innovative Intelligence Directors to join our Client Engagement Group.
As an Intelligence Director, you will take the lead and work with intelligence and risk professionals, operational teams, external partners and agencies. Together you’ll identify emerging threats, threat patterns, typologies issues and opportunities, and support tactical, strategic and operational initiatives to meet intelligence objectives and commitments to government.
You will have an extensive understanding of Australian Government Intelligence best practice and how that impacts decision making, policy and risk management approaches in a financial setting (especially related to tax and super). You’ll provide insights and intelligence expertise for executive and ministerial briefing documents and to inform policy and law reform.
You will have a clear understanding of different analytical methods and tools to assist you and your teams in developing high quality, actionable intelligence products at a tactical, operational and strategic level. You’ll actively ensure all staff are continually aware of and aligned with our intelligence governance, and security requirements.
Leading a team of analysts and managers, you will assure that the process undertaken to analyse information is structured, logical and transparent, and is aligned with the intelligence cycle, internal ATO intelligence standards and the broader National Intelligence Community standards.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Dandenong, Geelong, Gosford, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth, Sydney CBD, Townsville, Upper Mount Gravatt or Wollongong.
