  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications in RPA technologies are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, identify process automation opportunities, and develop RPA strategies aligned with their objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end RPA implementation projects, including process assessment, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Lead presales of RPA opportunities, including proposal and value proposition creation.
  • Provide direction and support enhancement requests to ensure the client automation platforms and automations are resilient.
  • Guide and mentor the team, providing technical expertise, performance feedback, and professional development support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technologies and methodologies and contribute to thought leadership.
  • Directly report to the Intelligent Automation Practice Partner or directly to the client
