- Proficiency in process simulation (Aspen Hysys, Matlab Simulink/SimScape, Modelica)

- Knowledge in the field of control engineering
- Ideally, an overview of trends and developments in the field of AI and digitalization
- Very good English language skills in both written and spoken form
