Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Intelligent Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of building and coordinating a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Intelligent Automation (IA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) at Tele2. This role reports to the head of AI & Automation at Tele2, and will work closely with various business units and support functions to implement and scale intelligent process automation. Your primary focus will be on establishing a scalable structure, setting governance, and coordinating the setup of an Automation Hub within IT and development spokes across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Coordination : Lead the roll-out and scaling of IA/RPA initiatives, ensuring alignment with Tele2’s strategic goals.
- Automation Hub Construction : Coordinate the creation of an Automation Hub with IT for administering the platform and development hubs in business units for localized automation development.
- Best Practices and Governance : Develop and implement best practices, decision-making frameworks, and governance processes for IA/RPA.
- Process Improvement : Establish frameworks and best practices for when to use IA/RPA to automate processes versus other means of automation or simplification.
- Monitoring and Auditing : Establish monitoring for automations and follow up.
- Value capture and tracking : Establish methodology and tracking of value realized through process automation.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with teams across the organization, from C-suite to developers and the employees’ whose tasks are to be automated, ensuring transparent communication and buy-in for automation initiatives.
