Description:
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM
- Develop and implement extensive Intelligent automation solutions in cooperation with key stakeholders to improve processes and increase operational efficiency with measurable results
- Responsible for Robot lifecycle management and scalability of the automations
- Follow-up on the development and implementation of different automation technologies and share the latest knowledge to the team
- Work in cooperation with other Neste Intelligent automation teams, Business Analysts and other hubs’ developers to define and improve Neste automation standards and ways of working
- Create, improve, and maintain Intelligent automation processes, Solution Design Documents, & technical documentations according to commonly defined standards at Neste
- Responsible for reporting and development of reporting
- Participate User Acceptance Testing with internal customers
- Monitor automations after development
- Participate in development projects as an expert
- Attend all relevant Scrum meetings & commit to Sprint deliverables
THE BEST COMBINATION TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- Hands-on RPA development experience with UIPath, Blue Prism, or other similar
- Hands-on experience working with Machine Learning development and/or Artificial Intelligence
- Experience of coding with Python, VB.NET, C#, Java or SQL in professional environment
- Process oriented mindset and experience in business process development and methods e.g. Six Sigma
- Knowledge in software development methodologies e.g. Scrum, DevOps, or DevSecOps
- Interest in new technologies and intelligent business process automation
- Experience with databases
- Proactive and independent approach on tasks and assignments, willingness to drive change and achieve results
- Excellent collaboration skills in a cross-functional and intercultural environment with both internal and external parties
- B.Sc. including studies in computer science, information technology, or process development area
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- A forward-looking mindset
- Knowledge of the GDPR and Know your Customer (KYC) related guidelines
