Job Description:
- Manage complex supply chain product flows from purchasing through distribution to support customer requirements.
- Schedule inventory purchases and manufacturing production output for a specified group of products.
- Maintain item data integrity in the system and perform inventory planning using MPS, MRP, and other inventory tools.
- Analyze material flow parameters and set levels to support business and customer requirements.
- Key performance indicators include order lead time, inventory turns, and non-working inventory.
- Work closely with supply chain teams, product managers, and division teams for order management and customer support.
- Participate in customer meetings, identify areas for improvement, and apply business knowledge for day-to-day operations.
- Support supply chain activities for new product lines and participate in sales and operation planning.
- Contribute to relevant corporate initiatives and cross-functional task forces as required.
Qualifications:
- Preferably degree in Business Administration/Arts/Social Science/Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Customer Service and Inventory Management and Supply Planning in the area of trading and/or manufacturing
- High degree of computer literacy preferably with experience working with ERP or Order Management System
- Experience in Export transactions or International trade or supporting international customer base is a plus
- Highly proactive in managing and driving improvements and building credibility/trust with 3M customers
- Strong analytical capability with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player with ability to work well with other cross-functional team members
- Demonstrate maturity, initiative, self-motivation, ability to multi-task and to overcome work challenges
