CURRENT NEED

We are currently seeking a Interface Certification Analyst to join the team. This position is remote / working from home. The interface certification analyst works directly with vendors and customer development teams on functional testing of messages against API’s for the- McKesson EnterpriseRx Pharmacy system.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Interface Certification Analyst is responsible for confirming that 3rd party vendors and customer development teams have met all the requirements to interface with the EnterpriseRx Pharmacy System. The position includes managing small projects through to completion that have been prioritized by product management by providing API specifications, troubleshooting support and test cases to confirm that the vendors and customers can accurately and consistently send and receive supported messages via the various API’s

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.

CRITICAL SKILLS

• 1 year experience with object-oriented application development. Experience can be in the form of defect fixing, level 2 support, or prototyping roles.
• Working understanding of relational database concepts (does not need to be a DB expert). Technology platform in not important.
• Ability to query existing relational databases using tools or existing SQL.
• Ability to interpret software application log files to identify error conditions.
• Ability to execute predefined test scripts and make minor modifications to existing scripts.
• Previous experience with product interfaces (e.g. product API integrated with voice systems).
• Exposure to XML x509 security standards.
• Experience with SOAP and REST APIs
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, and Excel

• Project management experience a plus

• Engage third party software vendors to execute successful certifications as it relates to data flow between products.
• Maintain testing environments and test cases (manual and automated).
• Serve as first technical POC for third party development organizations.
• Initial troubleshooting of connectivity and data issues as presented by third parties.
• Escalate questions/situations to SME’s (e.g. R&D) as needed after exhausting other avenues to answer/resolve.
