Description:

QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management or interface management roles within the energy industry.
  • Strong understanding of interface management processes and contractual requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-dependent work behaviour and flexibility.

Responsibilities:

The Interface Manager shall perform the following activities as state below:

  • Implement interface management processes with project stakeholders. Monitor and manage all interface modifications and evolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual interface management processes, including timelines and information circulation plans.
  • Lead and manage any remaining inconsistencies in interface management, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
  • Handle technical interface queries and requests for clarification, ensuring prompt resolution and documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical interface management with the producer.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders.
  • Monitor the delivery of information and deliverables
  • Update interface milestones in the project schedule and share them with all project stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper incorporation and updating of interface data by lot managers in studies, databases, and procedures.
  • Lead or contribute to interface meetings with suppliers and producers.
  • Obtain necessary authorizations and permits as required for project activities, liaising with relevant authorities.
  • Organize, chair and report interface meetings for main interface topics cross contracts with all involved packages (e.g. mock-up, test procedures, commissioning FIMs).
  • Support project or package managers in discussions with contractors on interface items and cooperate to practical solutions.
