PROJECT SCOPE

• Responsible manager for all matters related to economic and technical aspect of the IT infrastructure in the health industry
• Guide the implementation of Healthcare Future Act initiatives, overseeing network management, IT devices, and security regulations
• Lead the digitalization, implementation and operation of backup, storage, and central server systems
• Participate in designing streamlined operational processes
• Advise the Executive Board on the future direction of IT and digitalization strategy
• Develop and govern security guidelines based on best practices
• Ensure the successful execution of programs, coordinating with external service providers for optimal outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid track record in the management of IT operations and strategy
• Strong background in healthcare technology or with an IT service provider
• Experience in project, team, and stakeholder management
• Exceptional budgeting and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills in business-fluent English, German would be a plus
