We are looking for an experienced and talented candidate who can work as an [interim] SEM Specialist for Tylko. Your goal will be planning, implementing, and executing SEM strategies.
We are seeking a [interim] Mid/Senior SEM Performance Marketing Specialist who is ready to delve into the world of Google campaign management, adeptly navigating a landscape teeming with 3.5 billion searches each day. You’ll be tasked with leveraging this vast potential to elevate customer experiences.

• Managing Google Ads campaigns (setting them up, daily monitoring of campaign results)
• Regular analysis and optimization of the campaign with the aim of maximizing performance.
• Incorporating new products into campaigns based on product launches
• Identifying new opportunities with each new product/category launch
• Effectively managing campaign expenses by staying on budget٫ appropriately estimating monthly costs٫ and reconciling any discrepancies that may arise (with cooperation with other channel owners)
• Planning activities aimed at achieving the planned KPIs (not only the budget but also ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC)
• Diagnosing the causes of changes and creating plans to minimize the negative effects of competition/market.
• Optimizing advertising texts in English, French, German, Dutch, Italian (in cooperation with translators).
• Performing detailed keyword research and customer trends
• Reporting seasonal or local short-term changes to the market.
