Description:

To support our team during the maternity leave of our Chief People Officer, we are seeking an Interim People & Culture Manager (part time) In this role you will be managing a team of 6 People professionals and be a key advisor to our Management Team and Board.

Responsibilities:

WHAT THIS (TEMPORARY) ROLE LOOKS LIKE

As Interim People & Culture Manager, you will manage a team of 6 enthusiastic people professionals: 3 HR specialists, 1 recruiter (+ 1 intern), and you are responsible for facilities in which our office manager and executive assistant fantastically support you. You will also be a key advisor to our management team and to the Board (2 CEOs, CRO, VP Finance & Operations) and attend relevant board meetings.

The past two years were focused on strengthening the HR foundation by driving a high performing & lean organisation and implementing a new performance & compensation strategy. In the next phase we will further develop the People strategy, focusing especially on L&D topics such as management development and (internal) growth.

  • You will manage and coach our (high performing) team of People Professionals;
  • Support with the OKRs and KPI’s for the People team;
  • You’ll act as a coach and advisor to our Management Team and support them with People initiatives;
  • Further optimising of the employee experience;
  • Further expanding the HR analytics needed to drive performance and engagement and to increase retention.
