Interior Design Associate

Reporting to the Design Director, the Interior Design Associate must possess creativity in his/her design for Corporate, Hospitality and High-End Residential projects for Interior Spaces.
The candidates must be artistic with good design flair and be knowledgeable in areas of detail design and product specification.
Day to day activities will include designing, preparing and presenting Design Proposals, Design Development and producing DetailedTender/Construction drawings with the team, co-coordinating with authorities, contractors and other supply specialists to ensure smooth project deliveries as well as assisting in managing various interesting and varied interior projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design
• At least 2 years’ experience in designing residential, hosptiality and corporate spaces
• Competent in Autocad, Photoshop, Sketchup, Powerpoint, Excel and any other design software
• Creative and Good conceptual design ability
• Skilled in space planning / conceptual design /interior detailing
• Strong in co-ordination & technical drawing
• Good team player and proactive
• Good communication skill for client management & presentation
• Candidate must be passionate, inventive and imaginative in all areas of design
• Time management and the ability to manage others is necessary
