Interior Design Consultant

Reporting to the Interior Design Consultant Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting & guiding customers through the home personalisation & selection process, including interior colours, finishes and fittings; kitchens and bathrooms; and street appeal and outdoor living
• Maintain and constantly develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with customer; whilst exceeding customer satisfaction and sales targets
• Develop effective relationships with key supply partners and actively promote their products
• Provide accurate, timely and detailed paperwork through to the Customer and Operations team; and
• Foster a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount, you will work effectively within a team and help create a positive culture with a strong desire for success
