Description:

Requirements

  • Diploma or its equivalent or relevant ITE Certificates
  • Have passion in design and creative in interior design
  • Proficient in 3D Max, Sketch up and CAD softwares
  • Sales and target driven, able to meet monthly KPI
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin and English speaking customers)
  • Sociable and good working attitude
  • One year and above experience will be preferre

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries (HDB, Condominium, Landed, Office)
  • Provide quotation based on customer requirement and design
  • Provide interior design ideas and space planning
  • Site supervision and project coordination
  • Schedule work flow to meet customer move in date
  • Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project work smoothly
