QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of experience in Interior Design
- Previous project experience with commercial projects is strongly preferred
- ACAD & REVIT proficiency is essential
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and passion for design are essential
Responsibilities:
- Review & manage the refurbishment pipeline
- Liaise with all Stakeholders to obtain information to create Scope of Works
- Complete design and documentation in ACAD & REVIT
- Prepare and present refurbishment designs
- Complete FF&Es and joinery documentation
- Manage builds to budget and timelines.
