Description:
- Develop creative design idea solutions and concepts.
- Manage design assignments from inception to completion.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers on material samples.
- Prepare design development and documentation.
- Coordinate with various teams on design execution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years design experience preferably in retail / F&B or commercial projects.
- Strong concept and FFE knowledge with proficiency in CAD and Design software.
- Proficient in design software application (3DMax, AutoCad, Photoshop etc).
- Manual sketching/ rendering skills an added advantage.
- Articulate with creative flair.
- A go-getter with ability to express and present design concepts with confidence.
- An independent and effective communicator in a fast-pace environment.
- Able to manage clients’ expectations with an eye for details and flair for creativity.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and is a go-getter.
