INTERMEDIATE ADMINISTRATOR ASSISTANT

REQUIREMENTS:
Office experience
A certificate or diploma in Business Administration would be considered an asset
Proven ability to effectively handle multiple and shifting demands/priorities
Proficient on MS Office
Strong attention to details and organizational skills
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Health benefits that meet or exceed industry standards will be provided after a 3-month probationary period.
Responsibilities:
IRISNDT is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and support the Manager with many different tasks, such as preparing, editing, formatting reports, and maintaining appropriate electronic filing systems.
Acting as a point of contact for internal needs. Manage document control using multiple software’s. Managing and ensuring compliance with external Programs requirements are met.
An excellent Administrator has a great understanding of the concept of confidentiality.
You will be experienced in entering data with attention to detail and organization skills. Dealing with multiple sensitive deadlines. Strong ability to multi-task is a must.
