Intermediate Air Quality Specialist

You are part of the MEMS Air Quality Team that provides fit-for-purpose air quality assessments through interaction with MEMS’ regulatory managers, client project managers and client engineering consultants. This position requires office work in a demanding consultative environment.

• Running complex dispersion models with appropriate guidance from senior staff
• Leading the quality control of air quality, meteorological and emission inventories used in or produced by our work
• Contributing to proposal preparation, scope definition and risk assessment of the project, and development of an appropriate execution plan
• Delegation of technical work to other members the project team
• Providing technical leadership to junior staff as required
• Managing progressive and more complex projects
• Working with accounting to provide regular and accurate tracking of incurred costs and forecasts of costs and completion milestones on projects;
• Preparing monthly project status reports and final project completion reports
• Assisting to manage, maintain, and expand the client relationship.
