Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receiving and acknowledging Incidents.
  • Monitor production jobs and environments.
  • Support infrastructure maintenance / validation.
  • Incident and problem management.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production application defects Identify root cause and devise and implement permanent solutions to recurring defects.
  • Build and maintain application monitoring, optimization and utilization Devise or modify programs to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
  • Provide technical solutions to problems encountered in the team.
  • Provide innovative ideas and solution to complex as well as rather simple looking problems.
  • Manage process improvements.
  • Support Risk management (vulnerabilities, patches, Cert Renewals)
  • Maintain and manage TLS/SSL protocols, certificates, and Signers as per business standards.
    Work Hours: 10:00am to 6:00pm Atlantic Timezone

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • 6-8 years of experience on Java / J2EE / Enterprise Java solutions.
  • Good knowledge in database (MS-SQL, Oracle, DB2).
  • Good knowledge in Informatica/ETL, CA-7, Dynatrace , ITSM, Logscale, OCP
  • Experience developing and consuming SOAP and REST web services/APIs, POSTMAN for an operational/production environment.
  • Good knowledge of Windows, Linux server configurations.
  • Good knowledge of Apache’s, WebSphere, IIS Basic knowledge of infrastructure and network
  • Experience on monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Logscale
