Intermediate Business Systems Analyst (HIBC)

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Advanced Solutions is looking for community-minded, energetic, progressive individual to join its HIBC
Services business area.
As a part of the consortium team which consists of PBC Solutions, Advanced Solutions provides IMIT
services to support the Ministry of Health’s Health Insurance BC (HIBC) Services. Together, we are

MUST HAVE

• Degree from an accredited college or university, with major coursework in systems analysis,
  information systems, computer science, BSc/BA in Business Administration, or a related field,
  and 3 - 6 years of experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and

experience.

• Experience successfully implementing and supporting enterprise applications; and
• Understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.
• SAFe Agile experience preferred.
• Experience with the application landscape that supports the British Columbia Ministry of Health or

Health Insurance, or Pharmacy Industry is an asset.

• Testing and Quality Assurance experience is an asset.
• Certified Agile Scrum Master considered an asset.
