Responsibilities:

  • Work on highway geohazard projects involving geotechnical site investigations, ground hazard assessment and mitigation design, earth and rock slope designs; erosion control designs, and geotechnical instrumentation monitoring programs.
  • Work on the design of hydropower, irrigation, and mining dams, undertaking dam safety reviews and inspections, and assisting Engineers of Record on assessing performance and mitigating risks.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team of engineers, geoscientists and environmental scientists to take projects from concept to operation.
  • Travel throughout Alberta with opportunities for international assignments.
    If you are registered as a Professional Engineer in Canada, have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering and 4 to 8 years of related experience, we want to hear from you!
