Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Tendering and management of build contract
  • Monthly reporting to the management team of projects
  • Liaise and work with the Project Team during construction
  • Procurement and administration of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Take off measurements, areas and quantities for design/drawings
  • Producing accurate subcontract tender analysis, progress reports and cost reports
  • Compile, maintain and update the directory of supplies, contractors and subcontractors
  • Preparing all trade packages for tender including negotiating contract terms with suppliers and subcontractor
