Are you a licensed Structural Engineer with a passion for making a tangible impact through your expertise? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in the heart of Toronto, where innovation meets iconic architecture. As a Structural Engineer with us, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in large-scale projects contributing to improve Canada’s infrastructure.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional engineering license in Ontario with a specialization in structural engineering.
  • Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in complex structural analysis and design, preferably with exposure to large and complex projects.
  • Experience with Contractors and Transportation Agencies.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Sofistik, SAP2000, CSIBridge or similar advanced structural analysis software, AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Collaborative and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
  • Willingness to travel to client or construction sites subject to project needs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

  • Master’s degree in Structural engineering.
  • Knowledge of Spanish an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our talented team of engineers and designers with a strong work ethic to design and analyze structures for diverse projects ranging from subways to bridges for complex public infrastructure.
  • Utilize your expertise to ensure that structures meet regulatory standards, while also incorporating innovative solutions for sustainability and resilience.
  • Produce, supervise and manage engineering deliverables on a wide variety of small to large structural projects and provide technical support during construction, including the review of construction documents.
  • Provide input to CAD designers/drafters and other engineers working on the same and other projects.
  • Engage in the entire project lifecycle, from conceptual design and feasibility studies to design and construction engineering, witnessing how your designs come to life.
  • Provide support to project pursuits, including writing winning proposals.
