Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this role will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct research on market and industry landscape to identify opportunities on new clientele, market segment, products and latest developments in order to support overall strategy planning
• Generate daily news summary for the team to keep everyone abreast on latest market development
• Support to maintain good relationships with clients for client retention and revenue growth
• Assist team to ensure excellent customer experience and attend to enquiries in a prompt manner
• Support the team on business development strategy and identify opportunities to grow sales
• Support the team on marketing initiatives, ideation and implementation
• Perform other duties as deemed appropriate assigned by management
