Description:

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

  • You are studying Business Administration, International Management or a comparable course of study in the advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in automotive and/or consulting environments
  • Ideally, You have gained extracurricular experiences
  • You are well-versed in the use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Mural is a plus
  • You are interested in the automotive industry, especially in the after-sales business
  • You have an analytical mindset, data & KPI driven
  • You want to get involved in different areas and constantly learn new skills
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • Any other known language will be considered as a plus
  • You have a quick comprehension and a team-oriented and communicative working style
  • You are organized, reliable, creative and have an independent and precise way of working

Responsibilities:

You support the aftersales strategy and products team by being in continuous contact with a multitude of topics and stakeholders. This will lead you to work with Data, Business Intelligence & Business Development, Warranty and Product Development and implementation of the latest projects that will share the aftersales of the future within the European sales company smart Europe GmbH:

  • You develop and optimize after-sales processes using suitable methods and tools and are responsible for the evaluation and initiation of measures for production optimization
  • You actively support the achievement of project goals and milestones and keep an eye on the work results of the other project members and actively give feedback
  • You provide support into the set-up of the business strategy by taking active action into Market Analyses, and Competitive Benchmarks. With this activity, you will research, analyze, and evaluate the key market dynamics and the best selling alternatives that can improve our value proposition of the future
  • You takeover the ownership of at least one business stream, handling the topic end-to-end: Idea generation; business case; pricing definition; implementation requirements and execution
  • You support the development of the Aftersales KPIs Database that will be the main driver of the future way of making decisions
  • You get your hands into the management of periodic data reports supporting the team to make strategic decisions
  • You organize and participate in stakeholder meetings and prepare the necessary presentation documents
  • You will complete various ad-hoc tasks to support the out-of-line or in urgent situations
