Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
3-month internship with the Bancassurance business function
WHAT YOU DO
You will:
- Support in Regional Training Program implementation
- Developing Regional Marketing Framework
- Support in tracking of progress of key Citadel initiatives
- Support in regular Citadel regional sales reporting and product mix key observations (use of Power BI)
- Any other duties as required
With Key Deliverables:
- Launch of Regional Marketing Framework
- Launch of Regional Training Program
- Launch of Power BI reporting for Regional Partnerships
With Learning Objectives:
- Regional governance and implementation of key initiaitves
- Understanding complex Program Management
- Account and Stakeholder Management
