• Education, Master, other certification: secondary education
• Languages skills: good knowledge of English (other European languages are welcome)
• Experience (years): experience in working with documents
• Technical Knowledge: knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Soft Skills: Attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work under time pressure, ability to work in a team

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for an Intern reporting directly to the Logistics Administration Team Leader. This is a local role, based in Poznań, Poland.
You will register the incoming logistics documentation (e.g., CMRs) in our data base using our custom made software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• registration of logistics documentation in the database in accordance with the deadlines and procedures (CMR, bill of lading/bill of lading, proof of delivery, etc.),
• registration of export notifications in accordance with the specified deadlines and procedures,
• registration any other documents (e.g. confirmations) in accordance with the set deadlines and procedures,
• scanning and archiving incoming documentation,
• finding documentation in the archive according to the needs,
• support of other people in the team if necessary,
• preparation of reports on documentation,
• active participation in projects carried out by the team.
