Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify gaps in our digital application and products and discover trends in similar applications
- Create documentations to record meetings, action items, enhancements and user requirements
- Assist to discuss and review user requirements
- Assist in user testing for new enhancements, fixes or technical optimizations
- Provide user support by answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with user onboarding for new features or products.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Preferred studies in Information Technology or any other related disciplines
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders
- Exhibit professionalism, reliability, and respect for workplace standards and colleagues
- Able to analyze data, interpret user feedback, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Be thorough and meticulous in tasks such as coding, testing, and documentation is essential
- Work effectively in team and be open to feedback
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Basic proficiency in app development methodologies and/or user experience are welcome
