• Work closely with several teams (CRM, MI, BI, Customer Experience, Retail, Brand Marketing, etc.).
• Prepare, track and schedule automated E-Mail campaigns in several languages.
• Assist in the creation of statistics, reports and monitoring of the main E-Mail Marketing KPIs.
• Help optimize the transactional and event-driven Mailings.
• Take part in the planning and implementing of new reporting formats and E-Mail Marketing related projects.
• Creation of the newsletter segments and targeting to retain the right customers
• Familiarized with the company´s current and potential customers.
• Support in different tasks in the EMM Marketing Team (Customer tickets, quality assurance, deliverability, Transactional mails, Triggered Emails).
