Job Description
You will work closely with the Group Administration team to perform ‘Business As Usual’ / daily routines and tasks and support ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and obtaining quotation from service providers for all admin related services
- To support and liaise with service providers, contractors, building management personnel on breakdown and preventive maintenance of the offices
- To support and manage preventive and routine maintenance and work schedules including daily office walks / checks
- Co-ordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment
- Assist in the setup of meeting rooms and event spaces
- Assist with asset tagging and coordinate internal facilities related moves (incl. logistics planning and working on site to prep new office for moves / current office for reinstatement etc.)
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or any related disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous, well-organized, self-motivated and willingness to learn
- Team player and able to work independently
- Willing to travel between the different corporate offices e.g. UBIX/TPY/ACE as and when required
