Description:

The intern will assist HR in various aspects of employer branding and recruitment initiatives:

  • Conduct Research: Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify best practices in employer branding and recruitment.
  • Develop EVP: Assist to develop and refine our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) based on research insights and organisational values.
  • Content Creation: Support the creation of engaging content for various channels, including social media platforms, career websites, and internal communications, to promote our employer brand and showcase our company culture.
  • Coordinate Branding Projects: Assist in planning and coordinating employer branding projects aimed at promoting our company’s brand as a desirable employer. This may include organising events, campaigns, and partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • Engagement Activities: Collaborate with external partners, such as universities, job portals, and community organisations, to participate in recruitment events, workshops, and other engagement activities.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing and enhancing our employer brand presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Job Portals, Instagram, etc., by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal stakeholders across different business units to align employer branding initiatives with organisational goals and ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Assist with Ad-Hoc Tasks: Support colleagues with ad-hoc tasks related to employer branding, recruitment, and interview initiatives as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Studying in Marketing, Communications, HR fields.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
