We are looking for a highly motivated and open-minded student intern who is willing to work on a wide range of global change management and project management tasks within our Global People Strategy & Transformation team.
Depending on your skills and interests, you could be taking on tasks ranging from supporting the introduction of Global Change Management Practices for HR and collaborating on Employee Engagement Survey communications, to maintaining the team’s Project Management Portfolio documentation, establishing Project Management Practices and supporting Project Managers in their work as Project Management Office assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our team with day-to-day tasks as part of our strategic HR global initiatives
  • Prepare convincing and coherent presentations and reports for various internal stakeholders including supporting with data visualizations
  • Use your editorial skills to support communications on our internal and external channels – including Intranet, Viva Engage, Service Now, LinkedIn, SharePoint – in English and German
  • Conduct research into current and innovative people and cultural trends to inform our strategy
