Join AECOM’s Summer Internship Program!
Are you a motivated and ambitious student looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition? AECOM Dubai is seeking a dynamic Intern to join our Human Resources team for the summer. This is an exciting opportunity to work with industry professionals and gain valuable insights into the world of talent acquisition and HR operations. As a Human Resources Intern with the Talent Acquisition team, you will:
+ Gain Real-World Experience: Learn about recruitment processes and HR operations at a leading global organization.
+ Network with Professionals: Interact with a team of highly skilled HR professionals who will mentor and guide you, providing insights into the dynamic world of HR and Talent Acquisition.
+ Engage in Recruitment Activities: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and coordinating interview schedules.
+ Enhance Your Skills: Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate and current information.
+ Contribute to Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee well-being strategies.
+ Support the Team: Provide general administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams as needed.
+ Innovate and Propose Ideas: Bring fresh perspectives and propose new areas of learning and innovation, leveraging your unique insights as a member of the younger generation.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
+ Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Successful applicants must have a current minimum GPA of 2.7 or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above.
+ Available to participate in our Summer Internship Program from June/July to August 2024. If either the student or university requires a different start/end date to fulfil course requirements, please inform us, and we will assess how we can support.
+ Strong interest in Human Resources functions
+ Strong organizational and project management skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
