Job Description
As an intern with the Investor Relations team, you will assist in reporting on periodic basis (monthly, quarterly, annual), research (peers and market), event logistics, sourcing for quotes from suppliers, editing and update of information, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of regular communication materials and reporting such as factsheets, monthly managers’ reports, annual report, and website updates
  • Monitor media and analysts’ reports and prepare summaries accordingly, for team updates
  • Collate data for sustainability survey submission
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines
  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to multitask
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
