As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Learning & Development department with administrative tasks, paperwork, reporting, and additional responsibilities including:

- Dive into the heart of learning operations by assisting in scheduling vibrant training sessions and workshops.
- Champion the coordination of logistics for these sessions, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.
- Take the helm in running our English language programs, guiding participants through seamless registrations and assignments.
- Champion the cause of attendance by coordinating engaging training sessions and following up with attendees.
- Harness the power of data by meticulously organizing and analyzing training records to help shape future initiatives.
- Be the bridge between our internal clients and our training platforms, providing exceptional support and troubleshooting.
- Dive into the world of vendor management, ensuring seamless partnerships.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
- Previous experience in administrative support or HR-related functions is a plus.
